Yes. Dogs keep making their messes all year long, and we continue to remove dog waste.
We work in most weather, but heavy snow, rain and severe storms will cause us to postpone our work that day. We intend to make up that work later that week.
No. Our office is closed on major holidays including Thanksgiving; Christmas Eve (closes at 12pm), Christmas Day, New Years Eve (closes at 1pm), New Years Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, and Labor Day. Typically, services will return the following day.
No. You do not need to be home in order to receive service. As long as our employee can access the yard, this will not be a problem.
- If you know you will be home that day, our worker can call ahead or ring your door bell.
- You can leave your gate unlocked, or provide us with the code.
- You can use one of our combination locks free of charge. With this option your gate remains locked and we both will be able to enter the yard when necessary.
Yes! In most cases we can work with your dog in the yard. We get along well with most dogs. However, there are some cases when a dog will not let our worker in to the yard. If you know that your dog is not friendly with strangers, then we ask that you please restrain your dog, or confine them. We don't want to take any unnecessary risks with your dog, or our employees.
Yes. Please let us know in advance the duration of the delayed service. There is no charge for delaying service. However, if a delay results in an accumulation of waste, a one-time clean-up fee may be charged.
No. We do not require a contract in order to serve you. We can start and stop service by phone, or email. There is no minimum service period, but we do require at least 24 hour advanced notice to cancel.
We take the dog waste with us and properly dispose it.
We send you a text notification to alert you that the technician has arrived to clean your yard.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Online Bank Payments (CheckFree), and Personal Checks. Invoices are sent at the beginning of each month.
Please note: There is a $6 late payment fee if payment is not received by due date. Also, if payment is late more than once past 30 days, we will require you to pay in advance.
Paying for service is easy. We provide the following payment options:
- Pay through your online banking account.
- Pay by credit card and utilize monthly Auto-billing
- Pay online through the doggy-detail.com website
- *Pay by credit card or personal check by receiving monthly statements

No. We do not allow our Pet Service Professionals to bring anyone along with them to a service. Their primary focus is caring on your pet and as such are prohibited to bring anyone along with them to your service.
Unfortunately we are unable to board your pets while you are out of town. We can however always watch your pet at your home while you are on vacation.
Yes! We always run background checks on our prospective employees. We want to make sure we provide the best possible employees to service your home
While we do our best to make sure that you will have the same walker for every visit, in the event of an emergency, there may be a backup walker that will need to service your home. We will do our best to communicate this with you in the event that it does happen.
No, we are here to help no matter how frequent or infrequent our services are required. We will always be happy to help out when you need us!
We are happy to help take care of your dogs, cats, and birds.
Absolutely! We will update you as frequently as you request to be updated. We are more than happy to share photos and videos from every visit to your home to ensure your peace of mind.
Yes! All of our employees are bonded and insured to handle your pets and enter your home
We are able to administer oral medications at your request.
We are unable to service your home during extreme weather (i.e, tornadoes, extreme heat or extreme cold, and floods.) however we will still come to your home during rain or snow. Instead we will let your dogs out and then play with them inside your home so they have a chance to relieve themselves and then get some mental stimulation and exercise.
